ph26 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination for cause, ph26 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the ph26 Platform shall first be addressed through ph26's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint process. The Courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
ph26 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the ph26 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
